The Stoeger Condor is another great shotgun class firearm known for their traditional design. An over and under shotgun excellent in competitive shooting as well as in the hunting grounds.
Stoeger Condor Over and Under Shotgun
The Stoeger Condor double barrel shotgun is a favorite in clay shooting. Over and under shotguns are one of the most pricey in this firearm classification, which makes the Condor a great news for shooters seeking to purchase one. It's a solid gun and perfect for bird hunting like its brothers, the Uplander and Longfowler in the Stoeger family of shotguns. It's amazing how the company is able to maintain such quality guns with noticeably identical frames and still maintain its marketing.
Gun Specs
The Condor is available in five different barrel lengths at 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30 inches to provide variations for shooters. It has a 2-shot capacity with barrels positioned over and under shooting gauges 12, 20, 28, .410 (2-3/4″, 3″ chambers). The sights are brass bead and stocks come in walnut and synthetic materials. The overall weight ranges from 5.5-7.8 lbs depending on the barrel length.
The accuracy of this shotgun depends entirely on the shooter. It shoots the same way each time so just point and fire, and if you don't hit the target, the problem is definitely your aim. Since the Condor is quite heavy, the recoil is less felt. Is this shotgun durable? Stoeger shotguns are known for being a workhorse so you bet this firearm is durable.
Stoeger shotguns are simply built to last and their reputation for being rugged is well-known. I've been through quite a few skeet ranges before and none of them have these Condors. I also like the automatic safety each time you break it open. I guess the only thing I kind of not like about it is it's quite heavy, but even that does something good to the gun's recoil.
Like all the other Stoeger shotguns, the price of this gun gets you the best deal out there. Over and under shotguns are expensive yet this Condor can be purchased at around $675. You can't get a better deal with the same quality this gun provides. This is top 3 in my list in the shotgun department.

I guess the only time this thing won't work is if the safety is still engaged. That's how reliable the Stoeger Condor is at shooting, not to mention how durable it is. Once you get hold of this gun, it's going to be difficult to let go. But it's not a problem either considering the price tag.
