As I'm sure you're all aware, the NRA has just endorsed Donald Trump to be the next president of the United States of America.

This means that they believe he is the only person who can beat the Benghazi Butcher, preventing her from being the next president. Are there other, lesser known (and even more qualified) people I can vote for? Are there people I can write in? Of course there are. But, I need to ask myself: Can they beat Hillary?

If they cannot beat her, and I vote for one of them anyway (or not at all), I may as well just consider myself a gun-hating Hillary supporter.

I believe that only Donald can Trump Hillary. I'm not, however going to tell you how to vote. That is your decision alone to make. What I can do, though, is tell you what the country will look like if I decide to not cast a vote for the single person who can beat her.

If I don't go out and vote for Donald Trump, she will win. It's that simple. If she wins, you can kiss this little gun-related website you love to read, and I love to work for, goodbye because we will all but disappear with the rest of them. If there aren't any guns to write about, I won't have a job.

I apologize if that sounds selfish. So, I'll word it differently for you. She will lay waste to this country. She will utterly destroy America and all our values. How do we get to an America, destroyed?

Well, let's forget about the rest of the constitution for a moment and just focus on everybody's favorite topic: the Second Amendment.

She has big plans for the second amendment and has made them crystal clear. She has come out to say that the supreme court is wrong on the 2A, and she aims to finish what her hubby started with the “assault weapons ban.”

But, it goes further than that…

She's also said that the way Australia took guns away in their buy-back program is worth considering and looking into. My red flag is raised.

My friends, the concerning part, is that the Second Amendment is what protects the other rights. If that one right is taken away, the rest will follow because we have no way of protecting them if disarmed.

How can I, being the red-blooded, gun-toting, freedom-loving American that I am do any less than cast a vote for Donald Trump? If I write in someone who can't win, it's just the same as if I were to cast a vote for someone who wants to erode our freedoms even further like Clinton.

I cannot in good conscience, even if it pains me to vote for the lesser of two evils, vote for someone who may take away my job in the gun industry.

How will I provide for my family?

Let's focus on that for a moment. Do you have any idea how much money the gun industry makes for America? A lot. Millions of dollars per year flow back into the American economy because of the firearms industry. People buy guns. People sell guns. They also buy and sell accessories and modifications.

Can you imagine if it all went away? There would be thousands upon thousands of people out of work. All of the gun writers, firearms makers, ammo producers, black powder chemists and everyone else I'm forgetting will be out of a job.

Now, I cannot predict the future. And, Donald Trump could be lying to us. But, both Hillary and Bernie believe that guns should only be used for hunting. Even if the hunting guns remain on the market, unaffected by the progressive liberal politicians, the rest would likely become outlawed.

I take issue with that, and will vote this November with that in mind.

But, I can't tell you who to vote for. I can say, however, that if you cast your vote for the wrong person we may all find ourselves up that famous creek without any paddles.
