Perfect for waterfowlers out there, the Franchi Intensity is a reliable 12-gauge shotgun to bag the birds easily. Just like the Franchi Affinity, this beauty is a semi-automatic gun powered by the Inertia Drive system.
Franchi Intensity Shotgun For Your Waterfowling Needs
The Franchi Intensity is an Italian-designed shotgun which is light and slim for a 12-gauge gun. I recently had the chance to use this beauty in the field for waterfowling and I enjoyed shooting this semi-automatic gun a lot. With its Inertia Driven system, this beauty is definitely reliable and has a quite impressive cycling speed. Scroll on to get to know more about this shotgun.
Manufactured by an Italian manufacturer, Franchi, the Intensity shotgun can give you the confidence to shoot birds left and right. Versatile and reliable, this semi-auto shotgun comes in either the standard “L” grade or the fancy “LS” grade receiver, with case-colored or chromed feature respectively.
The Franchi Intensity includes a shim kit just like most of autoloaders nowadays. The shims have labels Z, A, B, C, and D, arranged in a descending manner of drop. The shotguns coming fresh from the factory are installed with the RB shim.
Gauge: 12-ga
Chamber: 2-3/4″, 3″ and 3-1/2″

With the thin grip and huge trigger guard, you can comfortably wear gloves while shooting this beauty. The placement of the safety behind the trigger is just where I would want it.
The Franchi Intensity has a thick and durable butt pad for protecting your shoulders from the recoil. While this beauty has a steel receiver, it still is light to carry, making this semi-automatic shotgun easier to handle.
