The Browning Hi Power is one of history's prolific handguns that revolutionized the single feed magazine arrangement used by a lot of guns today. Police forces and military worldwide are still using it as their primary sidearm in Canada, Australia, and many other nations.
The Browning Hi Power | A Historic Handgun
The Browning Hi Power is one of my go-to handguns. The genius of John Browning and Dieudonne Saive gave birth to this handgun design that's widely used and accepted by the modern firearms of this generation. The Browning Hi Power is a handgun you will love taking to the firing range. The accuracy of this weapon is very impressive with features you can customize to your preference. It has an ambidextrous safety lever and a slide release on the left side of the frame as with most handguns.
The overall length of this pistol is 7.75 inches and a barrel length of 4.75 inches. The feed system allows 13 rounds of 9mm caliber that has a springy bit to help the user with manual removal. If there's one thing in common most shooters say about this gun, it's that it fits like a glove and it feels really good in your hand.
The Browning Hi Power is somewhat of the yardstick measured today by other handguns. Many of the current designs still don't live up to the Browning in terms of how comfortable it is.
Magazine Capacity and Safety
This gun has a high capacity 13-round magazine and features magazine safety. This means the gun can't be fired if the magazine is released. The Browning requires the magazine to be secured in the gun before the hammer can be dropped.

Nations' military would not make this gun a primary sidearm for no reason. It has historic significance, excellent design, accuracy, shooter's comfort, you name it. If you're a fan of classic service pistols, you definitely gotta have a Browning Hi Power in your collection!
