Ease of Use and Performance

Changing from rifle to shotgun barrels and vice versa is pretty easy. The barrel can be secured right in place with a screw that also doubles as a loop for your sling. Both barrels are accurate though the shotgun does have a bit more kick than the rifle as expected. The receiver is made of solid steel which makes it very durable.

This rifle and shotgun combination saves you energy when you need to bring both types of firearms on a hunt. Both barrels are nice and accurate, though there are times when the 410 gauge shotgun misfires. The butt-stock of the Rossi Matched Pair is hollow so you have to be careful not to drop it on hard surfaces.
